Neighbor (pavillion properties) leaves the gravel pit unattended and the trash is overflowing, there is waste and needles all over the lot. There is now a mattress where homeless are sleeping. It is creating risk for clients and staff. He should be penalized for not maintaining the property.

Playground is so neat, but there was trash everywhere. With it located in housing there needs to be more upkeep. Unfortunately this park will be destroyed in a matter of a year or 2.
