Trash and trash bins stored by street.
This is about two things. There are bush honeysuckles growing out that are about half-blocking the sidewalk. Just a matter of time before it's completely impossible to pass by. Also, trash bins and mattress are lying by the street in the grassy area, which is also blocking someone who wants/needs to walk that way.
My neighbors have had trash out since the day I moved in in early August and have done nothing about it. This pile has only grown and I’m nervous that we’re going to get mice or raccoons running through our trash or even our house as a result of it. I have been told that the previous tenants have complained and as a result our house (1605 N Dunn St) has also received a fine alongside theirs, I want to make it clear that we have separate property management groups and people living there. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this type of behavior by them is unacceptable.
We have complained about this before, but nothing was done. The dumpster in the parking lot has a large hole on the east side near the bottom, ostensibly for drainage. However, it is large enough for rats to enter and exit, which they do to feast at night. There are *always* rats running around the parking lot because of this. They live in the little caves right behind the dumpster. Please do *not* poison or trap the rats. Rather, we would like the hole sealed up so that the rats will no longer have an endless source of food and will move somewhere else. This seems like a simple fix. What do we have to do to get someone to listen?
