I made the report to let you know THE SANITATION WORKERS THREW TRASH OUT OF MY BIN. How dare you? This is absolutely insane. Please READ THE INITIAL REPORT. I noticed bamboo at this street address yesterday and while walking this after noon on the upper road of E Blue Ridge Dr it was very visible - I’m presuming it may be just the one parcel on N Dunn but, potentially more.
The owner of this location had a tree cut down 6 months ago. There are muliple piles of branches that extend up to 3 feet into Bankers Drive. This creates a hazard for all who traverse this street.
The neighbor behind me on Blue Ridge Drive has been dumping yard waste into the easement. I asked them to stop and they said that it wasn't my property because it was the easement under the power line. I contacted Duke Energy. What else can I do?
Rather than pictures I have videos of the property I am renting from Parker Real Estate Management. They have not complied with their end of my lease and I currently have poison ivy and poison oak growing in my yard. I’ve contacted them about the issue and there has been no movement on correcting it. Would really appreciate if an inspector came by as there is also mold growing in the gutters and overall upkeep of the house is concerning. Thank you.
