(Note: This is the fourth time that I have sent this report. Now, the trash has not been taken out for SIX weeks. Again, please help to rectify this issue.) The owner of this renter-occupied building (Tariq Khan) has not taken the garbage out to the curb for pickup in six weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

Again, please help to rectify this issue and hold the homeowner accountable.) We've had a problem with invasive Tree of Heaven ever since the city came a couple years ago to clear the overgrowth in the "alley" space at the northwest corner of the property. Since then, the overgrowth has of course returned, but it's now more aggressive, with the inclusion of Tree of Heaven, which is spreading to the rest of the property. It might be a good idea to clear that overgrowth again. Perhaps there are other preventative measures that can be taken.
