Please check the west side of this property (out back, along the alley) for trash violations. There are several overflowing trash bins that have been sitting there. It doesn't look like the tenants know to move them to the street on trash day.
Hello! Our trash can was damaged during our last trash pickup. It was fine the night before and we found it the next morning shortly after pickup with the lid torn off. All of the surrounding cans were fine. I’ve attached a photo for reference! I was able to put the lid back on, but it is cracked and definitely not secure/safely usable for the long term. Any help is greatly appreciated! The number on the front is 0817009857
At the residence 131 N Hillsdale, the tenets have not picked up their trash cans in weeks and they've become an eyesore. Hoping an individual can come out and let the renters know that these need to taken up into their driveway after trash day on Wednesday mornings. Thanks.
Trash overflowing from cans. Bags sitting on the ground and into the alleyway. Animals and scavengers have started getting into it and rain is collecting in the open cans creating a stench.
I visit this area a few times a week and the yard as of late is looking less than appealling. I know 8" is the height limit and i am not sure it's that high but, the yard needs to be addressed. I do not like to complaint but, it is a nice neighborhood and i would like it to stay that way. Thank you.
Large Weeds in front of home. Tall Grass not cut. Would like a notice to send to owners of property as rentals can’t do anything.
The owner of this location had a tree cut down 6 months ago. There are muliple piles of branches that extend up to 3 feet into Bankers Drive. This creates a hazard for all who traverse this street.
Abandon home for years. High overgrowth of grass, weeds, shrubs, etc.
In the back yard on 5th street is a grove of invasive species of Asian Honeysuckle and White mulberry. All plants are several feet tall. I contacted the property management company several months ago and they have not responded. This property is owned by an out of town company.
