The clean-up crew came and partly cleaned this property up today. However, along the edges of the propert and beside the RV, there is still trash. The RV has a broken door that will NOT stay on and closed. I have attached a picture. There are rodents and snakes in this RV. This trash was left on the ground today after they "cleaned" the property. Someone in a city vehicle came and did a drive-by on Hopewell and didn't bother getting out of the vehicle to check the property. I am tired of complaining about this property and want something done!
I’ve noticed non native plant species on this City parcel and would like to know since we have been working on similar plant removal and treatment along the B Line who might be be ones to inquire of addressing the bush honeysuckle, wintercreeper et al on this triangler parcel just a few parcels from the back parking of Opportunity House. The neighbor behind me on Blue Ridge Drive has been dumping yard waste into the easement. I asked them to stop and they said that it wasn't my property because it was the easement under the power line. I contacted Duke Energy. What else can I do?
This home's trash has been piling up for weeks and has gotten to the point that it is often spilling out into the street and alley that runs behind the property. Many bags are left on the ground where animals get into the bags causing more trash to be strewn about the area. There is also a strong odor coming from rainwater settling into the cans with the garbage.
Heaps of trash piled high right by the street in clear view of Grant Street Inn visitors. This is recurring problem and an embarrassment. Is it that the City regularly forgets to pick up at this location? Or are the tenants really so crappy that they generate so much trash in such a short time?
Top course of stone on retaining wall being forced off by progressive yard expansion. One section has already fallen, blocking sidewalk and creating a hazard for pedestrians in the dark.
Address correction to case #187475.
Tenants storing trash bins on sidewalk (Cottage Grove side), hindering pedestrian traffic.
Alleyway is very icy that is running onto the main road. If the sun/temperatures today do not melt ice, this is a fall hazard for pedestrians.
