House has over grown weeds and yard not cut Southwest corner of n grant an 16th st
109 N Glenwood Ave. Abandoned house, excessive growth.
Landlord not mowing. Overgrowth
See case #188873. Yard still needs cutting. It is not apparent that the person the original case was assigned to has done anything about it, though it has been two weeks.
Yew bush/tree has grown out so far that it halfway blocks the sidewalk. This makes for a dangerous situation at night because the sidewalk is in really bad shape at the same location. Those two things together pose a major trip hazard if people have to navigate around the yew in the dark and also have to watch their step on the crumbling sidewalk.
Excessive Growth; unkempt shrubs/landscaping throughout entire front of property and growing through and over fence line into sidewalk. Main tree is over grown and needs to be pruned. Lawn needs cutting.
I’ve noticed non native plant species on this City parcel and would like to know since we have been working on similar plant removal and treatment along the B Line who might be be ones to inquire of addressing the bush honeysuckle, wintercreeper et al on this triangler parcel just a few parcels from the back parking of Opportunity House. Bunch of junk at the rental
Trash is accumulating both in front and back of the household
Since the new tenants moved into 213 S Union, in August 2022, they have been depositing debris/trash (mattress, cardboard, etc.) behind the garage along the north/south alley. Aside from it becoming a potential winter home for rodents, it leads to cars parked in ways that often block both n/s and e/w alleys (they have been ticketed before for blocking traffic entirely.
