Between 2504 and 2508 there is an empty lot. Owners of said lot don't live in this neighborhood and CONSISTENTLY ignore their grass overgrowth. Its already 3 feet tall, and they did the same thing the past two years. Its a rodent and insect haven overgrown and I am tired of them NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR PROPERTY.

This is related to the issue on uReport ticket 182548. https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=182548 It was marked as resolved, and a letter sent. This was back in February. As of today, this debris is still present in the ravine area long the Jackson Creek Trail. Nothing was cleaned up.
