Please don't lose to the myths being put out about duplexes in town. Core neighborhoods are core for a reason - that is where individuals can be good for the environment and their pocketbooks by having shorter commutes. Plexes also save residents money on utilities. Both are housing costs too. And the notion that single family homes are somehow cheaper than plexes is backwards. Homes in poor condition may be cheap but square foot for square foot of the same quality plexes will always win out. So many other myths too. Keep doing what you need to in order to build smart for our future.

The Help Wanted sign at the intersection of E Second and College Mall Rd( on the side of the Dick's parking lot) in the grass is still there.
Referring to #174579 All Seasons sign in grass right next to the road at 2511 S Rogers. Has that case been closed? Thanks.
Are there any codes or ordinances about what you can build in your backyard in a subdivision? If so, does the attached photo of said eyesore illegally fall under any municipal codes?
'Beauty Max Grand Opening' sign in the grass next to the road on E Second, near the intersection of Woodscrest. The grand opening was about 6 months ago, time to remove the sign?
This is not a parking space nor a driveway. Who enforces this? Second complaint.
