Follow-up on Report #185258 – Assistance needed, please forward to Ms. Elizabeth Carter. Dear Ms. Carter, Thank you for your prompt response to case #185258. We seek your continued guidance regarding the issue outlined in the initial message. The eroded drainage-way section lies outside our rental property's limits. After discussions with all relevant property owners (1912 E Wexley Rd, 1920 E Wexley Rd and 3020 Stratford Dr), we've concluded that this affected section of the drainage-way, causing flooding, might not be on our properties. This is reinforced by utility bollards adjacent to the eroded zone, demarcated by an extra fence. Suspicions arise from recently installed storm drain pipes on E Wexley, which appear to now funnel excessive water into this drainage-way, exacerbating erosion on both sides and ultimately flooding our properties. We kindly request the City of Bloomington's experts to determine ownership of the eroded section accurately and provide expert advice, ideally from an engineer, on addressing the heightened drainage flow, which is beyond our control. this whole area along walnut where community dealrship and jeep and kia, are the curbs and street are filled with grass and debris. who ever mows this does it on sat afternoon and sundays. they always fill the street with grass. it clogs up the sewer drains and looks awafull. i talked to someone at the dealership a couple of times. i told them they need to talk to the mowing guy. but they never do anything. thx hope it can get cleaned up, and find out whos doing the mowing and teel them not to do this.

on college mall road in front of five gys resturant, when who ever mows there always leaves the grass in the road along college mall road. it clogs up the sewer drains there . it tends to flood the sometimes.

I forgot to report this at 10pm last night when I observed it. I have not gone by this morning to see if it is still an issue. But, as of yesterday, S. Rogers Street was a mess from the construction site. It was covered in gravel and mud. It was very dangerous in a car and would likely cause bicycle and motorcycle accidents. They apparently do not have a tire washout station setup because they dragged the mess into the road and made it everyone else's problem.
