I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. Tree on the east side over the sidewalk needs trimming as it hits one in the head when walking on the sidewalk.

Grass is about a foot tall and the trees on the east side of the property need trimming as you no longer can walk on the sidewalk as the branches hit you in the face.

Walnut tree on the east side of property(7th street) is blocking the sidewalk.

Invasive plants (bush honeysuckle?)on NW corner of property along Cottage Grove have grown out so far that the sidewalk is almost unusable. A wheelchair could probably not easily navigate it without getting stuck in the grass of the ROW. Should be trimmed back to property line, at least.

A substantial tree limb grows Across the sidewalk on the Maple street side of the property at about 5 1/2 above the ground. It’s a real hazard!!
