Tons of garbage and debris - e.g., broaken couch, electrical equipment, slurpy cups, clothing, fecal material. Please clean up ....and please come up with a plan to actually provide facilities for the homeless population in Bloomington.
A large trash receptacle is in one full traffic lane at an intersection. It is blocking the drivers’ view of any oncoming traffic so that a turn can be made. The receptacle has been in the road for a few days. Location is 3000 S Walnut Street Pike on the road at intersection west of buildings M and N.

a hole in the road
this washed out patch is a fairly serious safety issue for cars and pedestrians. Due to recent work on a sidewalk on Clover Lane, orange traffic cones were available, and were placed at the site of the hole to reduce the risk of an accident. City personnel came to see the issue, and took away the traffic cones, thereby increasing the risk of an accident. City personnel informed me that the hole would be repaired "soon" by the fiber optics installation contractor. While I understand that this sort of thing takes some time to coordinate and complete, the removal of the orange cone and the lack of a repair, is creating a safety risk for cars and pedestrians in the area. thanks, kelly
