To whom it may concern, The following describes multiple code violations from Chandler Automotive that I noticed/experienced during the process of retrieving my towed car from their site. I have video/audio evidence of the violations, and I would prefer if someone reached out to me so I can submit these as proof. It will only allow me to upload images through this submission form. Thank you: BMC 4.32.140(b): Called the number at around 5:30pm to ask to retrieve car, employee stated that she will not be able to get my car until about 9:30/10pm. This is in violation of part 1 of section B, as well as violation of part 2 of section B, since this was well outside the sixty minutes. I recorded the phone call where the employee told me 10pm. Please reach out if you would like this evidence. BMC 4.32.140(f): The invoice, see attached, is not itemized correctly pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 24-14-5-1. The invoice is missing/incorrectly accounted for the following: - I.C. 24-14-5-1(4)(D) - No VIN number. - I.C. 24-14-5-1(4)(C) - No year. - I.C. 24-14-5-1(5) - License plate # is incorrect. - I.C. 24-14-5-1(C) - No explanation is given for the additional charges incurred, which is required here. BMC 4.32.130(a)(2) - The company attempted to charge me $185 for the tow. One $25 charge being a go jack fee, and the other being a dollies fee. Since a go jack fee is a special fee, the total for those should not be $50 according to the code, but a maximum of $25. They corrected this upon me providing them a copy of the code. However, I have audio recording of them attempting to charge me that amount, and being unable to explain these additional charges. BMC 4.32.120(a) - As stated above, the towing company failed to comply with applicable state law in the invoice. BMC 4.32.120(e) - The vehicle was not able to be claimed upon calling at 5:30pm on 4/18/2024. Please reach out for a copy of the evidence as I am not able to upload it here. These laws were created by the legislature with the intention to be construed strictly due to the stated purpose of this chapter being to protect the public from unconscionable practices (BMC 4.32.010). Please reach out to me if you have any additional questions. I plan on following up in fourteen (14) days if I have not heard back from the city on this matter by that time. Bill Alonzo Vance, Jr: Hi my name is Nicole Franklin emailing you about the allegations that I made against my job Brookdale Senior living in Bloomington Indiana in October 2019 I made a complaint at Brookdale headquarters against my administrative which is my boss a sheriff who was filling in she came from corporate in October she was just filling in until they found someone new I made a complaint against her in October her name is Cheryl and it was told by someone at that 1-800 number will I made the complainant when I call back to get update told me that the complaint went to my boss so I figured the complaint got stop right there I made a second complaint in January against my boss for discrimination two weeks went by also in the second complaint I stated that I might be losing my job over making these complaints against my boss someone from corporate in the second complaint I made was against my boss by the name of Cheryl two or three weeks went by I got a call from a Cheryl Jones from corporate while I'm at work saying I need to talk to you I'm holding investigation I said okay that's good now they finally looking into this matter she said I can't talk to you while you at work I'm going to have to talk to you when you leave work she sent me an e-mail told me that she would talk to me on Thursday at 1:30 I took the phone call at 1:30 I was off of work then she stated to me we're investigating you because we had a phone call come in and said you wanted to kill your white boss we no longer want you to go to work while we're holding this investigation and you will be on leave with pay until this matter gets handled and detectives will be notifying you about this threat this was two weeks ago I called Cheryl today Cheryl Jones to ask her am I getting paid on Friday still Cheryl informed me that the investigation is over we did not involve the police we handled it ourselves and we determined that you did make the threat and you no longer have your job and no you will not be getting paid after telling me while the investigation would be going on that I will be receiving my pay she never addressed the real issue about the complaints I made now the tables have turned and I'm the aggressor and I'm the one with the horrible allegations made against me saying that no Nicole we know you didn't make the threat but someone called said you wanted your boss killed your white boss so they're saying I never made the allegations they send someone called up there and made it and when I spoke with her today she said we held an investigation and we determined you did threaten a resident I said wait a minute hold on I thought you said I threatened my boss so she stumbled when she realized that I caught her in a lie by saying the residents did say that you threaten them I thought at first she said I threatened my boss no police were never involved if I was a big company like Brookdale Senior living I would have involved the police that was sounds like a serious matter to me and then they did make a determination on their own and leave me with that stinking stigma and I lose my 401k my stocks my bonds in my medical this is a serious matter I take it to be serious I knew this was going to happen once I made those racial complaints against my Caucasian boss that I will pay a price for it and now I'm feeling further discriminated against after I made the complaint now I have lost my livelihood and now my car gets repossessed next week because I can't pay my bills in in their system I have a way to check I am still an active employee as of today I don't feel which they're doing is right against me and I knew that it was a price that I was going to pay for making those type of allegations about racism America rather turn the other cheek than fix the problem and I stated that in my complaint when I made it the second time I was assessed for a pay raise 3 weeks ago and I was assessed as a team player I was in put it this way they assessed me as being a five star team player but my boss who I made the allegations against who only knew me since October she put down on there that I speak rudely to my other employees that I work with so that's when I made the second allegation against her because I believe she stereotyped me in my assessment I got along with all residents they love me the people that I work with swore that they will make statement saying that they see the discrimination against me now she have made them turn on me they have deleted me as a Facebook friends of course they're going to stick together at the end of the day they always do the other race at the end of the day they going to stick together but I'm still going to see if I could take them all on The Steve wilkos for a lie detector test I take this matter very serious very very serious

My vehicle was damaged by a water main burst around 2 am this morning and I'm not sure who i need to make a damage claim to. My windshield was broken as well as multiple scratches to the paint. I do have video of the water main spraying my vehicle and photos of the damage made from it. I thank you for your time and appreciate your feedback

I live on 8th street and it took me an hour today to find a space to park that is within my permit zoning. I don't appreciate that I've been made to pay nearly $50 for a pass when the streets haven't even been cleared enough to park anywhere. The snow has been shoved up onto the side streets and I was snowed in because of a snow plow, then when I got back there was nowhere clear enough to park because the snow was so thick everywhere. I would appreciate it if someone could come clear the streets so I can park where I have paid for. An amazon delivery truck even got stuck today because it's so bad around here. I don't have time to spend an hour or more looking for parking and settling on one 2 streets away. Please come take care of this

I don't know how many people have to report this vehicle as being left, unmoved and unregistered for the past 2 years. I know at least 2 neighbors have reported it and it's still sitting there. White Aurora, maybe an Oldsmobile? License plate expired in July 2019 and it's not moved since that before that time. The woman who owns the car has MULTIPLE other cars that she's driving but hasn't touched that one in the two years it's been sitting there. The bumper hangs over and blocks the sidewalk, the snowplows have to work around it because it never gets moved. They've plowed the snow up behind it which makes it difficult to see around. WHY is this vehicle still here???

On Sep 23 Cook Medical hosted a car show and used all disabled parking spots cone them off for show cars to use. They directed peoples working within the facility with disabled permt parking to park in the very rear of the parking lot.

The current resident at 3508 E. Park Lane (Bloomington, 47408) is running a business in a residential dwelling. Besides untidiness and noise in the front yard, this individual stores equipment and materials in the open. He parks his vehicles and trailers on the street, effectively disabling a lane, which not only causes congestion but generates conditions for an unfortunate accident. He has now expanded his business to two trailers, worsening traffic issues and general safety in a residential area. This business has become a nuisance to Park Ridge neighbors and we hope the City of Bloomington takes prompt action.

Someone (highly likely the downstairs neighbor) is smoking excessively in the building. My condo reeks of cigarettes smoke. I began smelling cigarette smoke in October and by November, it had become excessive and is causing me serious health issues. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. After a few days of breathing the secondhand smoke, I became congested with an intense sinus headache and a continual cough. My daughter was here from L.A. during the Thanksgiving break and her cloths in her suitcase that she never wore were saturated with smoke after her visit. It’s a clear health issue and, because of this, I couldn’t have my grandchildren here for Thanksgiving.
