Can the City require people to fix crumbling sidewalks in front of their houses? The sidewalks along 12th Street are all in good shape except for a single address that has a sidewalk that is so degraded that it's easy to trip and fall, especially in the dark. It would be great if it could be redone - otherwise, someone could get sued...
Yew bush/tree has grown out so far that it halfway blocks the sidewalk. This makes for a dangerous situation at night because the sidewalk is in really bad shape at the same location. Those two things together pose a major trip hazard if people have to navigate around the yew in the dark and also have to watch their step on the crumbling sidewalk.

Property management company cleared most sidewalks at The Crossing at Pete Ellis but neglected sidewalk leading up to left half of this building. Sidewalk serves 4 separate units. Still covered in snow as of Sunday afternoon from Friday storm. Thank you!
The sidewalk in front of this complex (Townhouses on 10th) does not have ramps, just curbs, to cross the driveway to the complex. There is also a sunken area east of the complex entrance that is completely buried in dirt now (I'm not sure if it is on their property or on Woodbridge's, it is between). This makes it very difficult to walk through this area with a stroller and also makes it inaccessible to anyone unable to step down or up on a curb (and when it rains, the dirt-covered area turns into mud and gets pretty slick). There are some other areas that have shifted so the sidewalk is no longer even as well.
The trees are overgrown and hanging over the sidewalk and roadway. They need to be trimmed. Thank you.
The tennants of 321/120 (limestone mansion) on the corner of 8th and washington regularly obstruct the sidewalk to the point where handicapped individuals would have to ride over the curb into the street to get around them.
The street hasn't been plowed and I need to get to work. I cannot drive on the street because the snow is too deep.
The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? Lime 3038 parked on north side of 4th Street sidewalk. No problem for most of us, but for someone in a wheelchair, using a walker or white cane it could be.
