A black Lab is being tied up on a short cord wrapped around a tree with no water in the heat at 3248 Southern Oaks Drive 47401. The dog is barking nonstop and clearly in distress. This happens often, but this is the first time I’m reporting it. Please help him. Thank you.

My stove doesn't work and the dryer is broken. Also the water pressure is extremely weak.
Water fountain is not working
There is a pile of debris sitting along the edge of the road. This is on the east side of Manor Road, where Manor runs between Southdowns and Sheridan as it crosses over the creek. This looks like debris that came from the creek, maybe during a high water time. It just needs to be removed and cleaned up.

I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Ms. Edie Henderson in the Bloomington Water Utilities Billing Dept. She is an asset to the city and all the patrons like me. Edie has been extremely helpful whenever I have approached her with a query. She is a truly phenomenal person who is dedicated to her job. Majority of streets and drain culverts in Park Ridge East addition need repair/repaved. There are areas on Saratoga which are really bad. Stretch of road in front of my house consistently fills up with road debris and water. Really hoping the streets in the addition could be repaved rather than filling potholes that end up re-occurrng due to poor drainage.
