Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. There is sewage spilling out from a white pipe located next to the house with toilet papers and other toiletries coming out and onto the yard and down the sidewalk.

Walkway that runs west off of the end of Homestead Drive onto IU health office property. There is a drainage cover just off thenorth of the middle of the walkway, and it is regularly completely covered up, which causes flooding of the entire area, including into the IU health parking lot as well as the east end property owner of Homestead Drive. Can someone look into why this is constantly blocked as well as cleaning up the sidewalk which is currently completely covered with debris.

This section of sidewalk on the west side of Sare Rd between Rogers and the SOCC parking lot entrance has been missing for years. It impedes mobility for persons with mobility disabilities and could cause a problem for someone with limited sight. I suspect that Vectren removed the sidewalk and didn't replace it. Thanks, John

The sidewalk was removed here last year for gas line connections to new apartments in this area. However, the sidewalk has not been patched after removal.
