There are multiple low-hanging trees on the south side of E Hagan Street that make the sidewalk difficult to pass. I believe these are city-maintained trees on the easement.

Scooter partially blocking sidewalk. I tried to do this, including a picture, (it’s next to a no parking sign.), but the app doesn’t work.
There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. Dumpster is persistently placed where the horizonal bar, about 5 feet high, sticks out into the public sidewalk right of way. I am worried that a child is going to run down the sidewalk and get a concussion.
