I am writing you with concerns about work being done around the city by AT&T subcontractors to lay fiber optics cable around the city. Should you talk to individuals in several neighborhoods where they have worked there is dissatisfaction. The subcontractors have at times leaving large scars across the properties of homeowners for which they then failed to make adequate repairs. Part of our sprinkling system no longer works. One of our neighbors has a 30 to 40 foot long scar across the side of his yard and the subcontractors buried both the meter for his water as well as one drain pipe from his gutters (I am including photographs). In talking to the Hallmark Management Corporation, we are not the only homeowners association that has had these kinds of experiences. I have tried to reach out to AT&T and was given assurances that I would hear back from them in an effort to resolve the situation. I have never heard back. I know the representatives from Hallmark have also been trying to reach out to AT&T without success, Can the City help to reach out to AT&T and raise these issues. House has been vacant and for sale since first of August, We have been getting billed for far more water than we used when we lived there, even when we watered outside... No running toilets, leaks, etc. Please advise .... Thanks ....

Contractors for AT&T performing fiber installation severed the water main to my residence this afternoon and preformed a repair. Could the city test my water and assess the cost of excess water usage from today?

I reported this issue back in April. No one has touched it. There is a massive track about a foot deep right off the edge of the road. It is constantly full of mud and water that worsens every time it rains. Please take care of this before winter!!

I found a notification on my door yesterday afternoon. It says my house has been using 10 gallons per hour non-stop. There is no leakage in this house. Is there something you can do to check on the faulty meter? My water bill is $100 average per month.

Water meter is spinning faster than usual. Even when the water is not running in this house, there have been a higher charges for water than the manual reading. Water meter maybe broken.
