Sidewalk has settled over an inch below the street. Significant trip hazard. Crews are fixing sidewalk end caps the next block down and I was hoping this was included in that work scope. Thank you.
I am reporting a second dead tree behind my house that is on the street side of the sidewalk. This one is also covered in vines.
On the south side of Winslow at the west side of Piccadilly there has been progressive erosion where the drain pipe goes under Piccadilly. Whenever we get a strong rain for five or ten minutes the ditch backs up on the east side of Piccadilly and does not flow freely under the road. The erosion mentioned has noticeably progressed this year and if left unabated the road will eventually be at risk of breaking at its edge. Also, be aware that the heavy rains flood the east side ditch and form a pool over the sidewalk which also spills out onto Winslow. We can see this from our home. Accessibility issue Foliage encroachment of the sidewalk. My wife, who is blind, has to use this path to get to Henderson.
