Tree limbs growing into and touching public utility lines. Several trees have not been pruned.
Tree limbs growing into and touching public utility lines. Several trees have not been pruned.
Hedge hanging so far over sidewalk that you have to duck way down to pass. North side of street between Rensink and intersection of College Mall Rc
Bushes were trimmed but still low and require anyone over 5’8” to duck down to pass.
Overgrown ornamental grasses are blocking the sidewalk on High, forcing pedestrians into the street. This is a high-traffic, high pedestrian use corridor. Grasses overgrow the sidewalk every year at this time.
Public sidewalk is obstructed by tree and flora overgrowth. Not pruned to 8 ft for sidewalk, not pruned to 15 ft for street.
The sidewalk has a serious dip and all the water collects here when it rains, making it unpassable.
Sidewalk on High Street, just south of Woodstock, not cleared and hazardous. Was very bad walking children to Rogers this morning, still bad at pick up this afternoon. This is hard in the elderly and not safe. Thank you.
When heading east on Covenanter, the signal at College Mall does not recognize bikes. If a cyclist is attempting to cross and there are no cars ahead or behind them, they have to wait through multiple signals until a car comes to activate the sensor. Covenanter is part of a marked bikeway for the city, which makes this situation all the more frustrating.
There are no marked crosswalks at High and HIllside/Moores Pike.
Owner has made no attempt to dispose of fallen leaves, or any dead yard waste (limbs, flora, broken fence materials, tree logs). The leaves grow and spread fungus and disease. The trees lining the public street and sidewalk, have been affected by this fungus, and have disease and pests. THe Bton leave collection program, cleaned up High Street, on 12/14/2020, and this property did not have leaves collected into a pile along the curb for collection. 6.06.020 ordinance violation
