Residents are storing trash and recycling collection containers on public sidewalk on a permanent basis, and have been doing so for a while. At times containers are moved over to side, at times they are left in middle of sidewalk--but never do they leave the sidewalk. This is an accessibility issue: wheelchairs and strollers are unable to get by and must go into street. Private collection containers should not be stored on public property.

808 east hunter. Sidewalks are solid ice. This is a managed apartment building. It has been days since the last snow.

No snow removal on sidewalks. This is managed by granite properties. Both buildings 801 & 809 have parking lots cleared but not the sidewalks. It has been well after 24hrs since the last snowfall.
