Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. We are having trouble fitting all of our trash (non-recyclables) into one trash can. As a result, we are having to store trash in our house until the following week's pickup, leading to a horrible smell and bugs throughout the house. I am requesting out residence receives a second trash can for non-recyclable items. Thank you.
