The whole cul-de-sac needs to be cleaned up. Lots of trash around all units. Trash bins not removed on day of service. Cars parked in yards. Please cite residents and owners, this is a habitual problem.
Excessive growth behind 522/520 village ct. Has been growing wild for several years. Can be seen from.ghe cul-de-sac, Park Square drive and sunset ave.

Excessive trash stacked in the front drive by garage. Loose trash blowing out on street and neighbors yards.
There is a couch in the front yard, trash in the driveway, and the grass is over grown.
Car parked in the yard. Several cars look abandoned with flat tires and no licence plate in this street. Please clean up this area so both sides of the street don't have care permanently parked. I'm concerned about fire/ambulance service accessing the cul-de-sac.

The flooding a few days ago cause large pieces of the road to wash out near the bottom of my driveway.
