Water is actively percolating into the intersction, coming from pavement and along 15th Street in front of Fairview Apartments (615 W 15th Street), draining into sewer drains on either side of 15th Street, water also present along 15th Street to the east of this intersection, puddling. The rear retaining wall of 705 w 13th Street is a hazard as it is soon to fall like the other piece of retaining wall that fell off. Please address this hazard that is seen every day by us dog walkers using the public ROW in the alley. That large piece of limestone could fall any second and land on something or someone and it is unfair that property owners are not held accountable for maintaining their property. This rental property was inspected recently, and even with hazardous sidewalks on property as well as hazardous retaining walls, it was approved as safe for being a rental. Nope. It is not safe.

Sidewalks were recently replaced on two blocks of west 13th. But one half block from Fairview west to the next East-West alley was untouched. This is what it looks like. A neighbor living on this block is in a wheelchair. The sidewalk is unsafe and not navigable. Why was this half block omitted in the much needed replacement?

Last year the City replaced a dead tree in the tree plot with a service berry. However, the service berry is now more than half dead, including the main trunk. Can you replace it with something else? The City did water it all last year so I don't know what happened. Thanks.

Y'all ever going to clean up the overgrowth and trash all over this sidewalk? Can't barely see, and since there's a homeless camp right next to it which you all won't bother to clean up either, it's become dangerous to even use this sidewalk.
