Large tree fell into the Butler Park baseball diamond and destroyed a portion of the fence
We were at the park Tuesday morning July 4th for a morning walk. We entered by the community garden and walked down the paved path to the BLine trail. We observed 4 transients in the area and camping out in both pavilions. It was fairly early and it appeared they had slept in the park. Is this a common problem?? We are seniors and visit a lot of city parks regularly but are having concerns with safety. So much brushy areas also around paths. The men didn’t approach us and did keep to themselves.
New? nets on bball court are still too tight and bballs get stuck. Been a few weeks and still not working. Plz help!
Large tree branch down in Butler Park, at the entrance from the BLine side, near the westernmost shelter.
