Potholes on E First on the north side of the street near number 412 and 509

I am writing you with concerns about work being done around the city by AT&T subcontractors to lay fiber optics cable around the city. Should you talk to individuals in several neighborhoods where they have worked there is dissatisfaction. The subcontractors have at times leaving large scars across the properties of homeowners for which they then failed to make adequate repairs. Part of our sprinkling system no longer works. One of our neighbors has a 30 to 40 foot long scar across the side of his yard and the subcontractors buried both the meter for his water as well as one drain pipe from his gutters (I am including photographs). In talking to the Hallmark Management Corporation, we are not the only homeowners association that has had these kinds of experiences. I have tried to reach out to AT&T and was given assurances that I would hear back from them in an effort to resolve the situation. I have never heard back. I know the representatives from Hallmark have also been trying to reach out to AT&T without success, Can the City help to reach out to AT&T and raise these issues. The sidewalk on the north side of E. Grimes just east of the intersection with S. Fess is obstructed by some vegetation. It is just about impassable. I saw a pedestrian have to walk into the road today to get around the blockage. Would the City be able to look into this? Thanks!

Water has smelled horrible and tasted awful since 9/10. Water sitting in our toilets smells. The taste is bad.

Around 1901 smithville rd has trump signs on the electric pole. It promotes false information and is an eyesore. Not sure if I needed to contact yall or the electric company.

Scooter in middle of pedestrian/bike trail at underpass 7th street and the bypass. It’s been there for a few days. Generally there are scooters in the middle of this trail regularly.

Water from the tap tastes like mold or dirt and smells moldy as well

There is a very low power line in front of 1001 W 11th street that fell during a storm. I am unable to reach the side walk and people walking on the side walk are also at risk of touching it.

On the North loop side of the lake, there are those steps going up to the dam from what used to be the old dog park. Yesterday I nearly fell when I stepped on a loose step, the fourth one down from the top. The nails are barely in and the wood can tip out of place as you step on it.
