I see several issues not being taken care of due to technicalities. (Private property) Mostly related to the homeless population. I want to remind you of your responsibilitie to take care of these problems BEFORE they land on private citizens/retailers property. I also urge the city to stop taking monetary incentives from the state to house/rehabilitate people thoughout the state of Indiana when Bloomington very obviously doesn’t do a good job at helping these people! It is sad to see these people not getting the help they need and living on the streets.

Homeless junkies disrupting children and family time, profane shouting and making a nuisance for anyone trying to use the public restroom…. Lady in red jacket just nasty a rude, tired of bringing my kids here and listening to their shit, I see people literally avoid the bathroom with children. Can’t you remove them? I mean publicly screaming obscene things and just trying to literally camp out on city property where we cannot even have a picnic without hearing it?

In the Grandview neighborhood, especially on Post Road, the asphalt is cracked and missing in several places. Grandview Avenue seems to be all right, but in addition to Post Rd, Staats and Kerry need work.

The car lanes all along 7th street this morning were completely clear, while the bike lanes were filled with a thick blanket of soggy, slippery leaves. A bike is infinitely more likely than a car to slip on leaves, so why would you prioritize cars and an appearance of tidiness for drivers over the safety of bikers and those around them?

new pavement: It is good to have Smith Road repaved. It will be even better when the Grandview Drive intersection with Smith Rd is repaved - the east end of Grandview Drive leading west from this intersection is a mess, and very difficult for pedestrians and bicyclists to use. Parking on Strong Drive by Catalent employees and contractors has created hazardous conditions. Drivers have elected to park their vehicles on both the east and west sides of the street which creates a long narrow passageway that has multiple limited and blocked views for drivers navigating Strong Drive. The obstruction of Strong drive has generated much frustration and many complaints regarding safety, delay, lack of consideration. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the challenges of navigating safely through Strong Drive with the appropriate individual(s).
