Our water recently has dramatically dropped in water pressure and heat. I was wondering what could possibly have changed? We are up-to-date on our bills.
The water meter is leaking severally at this location and is causing large water usage alerts to us. Please fix immediately and adjust our billing due to it being on your end.
There is excessive water usage taking place at this property. It has been occurring for over a week. We have notified you that we believe the leak is on the City's side. The main water line from the meter to the house was leaking. It is galvanized pipe and extremely rusty. I removed the pipe but I can not find the right kind of fitting to connect the PEX pipe to the meter. Where can I get that fitting? I called the other day and spoke with someone but they could not help me. Thank you.

This month the utility bill for our household is $133.67. This is almost double what we normally pay and our service consumption almost doubled as well, but we haven't changed anything out of our normal routine.
My water will doubled, but I did not increase my usage significantly. Could I have my meter evaluated?
Our water usage volume has almost tripled in Jan, Feb and Mar of 2023 compared to Oct, Nov and Dec of 2022.From about 11K gallons to around 33K gallons per month. Something does not seem right. I believe our facilities manager did have a plumbing company look to see if they could find any issue but I don't believe they did. Can someone take a look at this issue? Craig Baird, Staff Accountant
