Just to add to info you may already know from Elm Heights neighbors re solvent-type odors; they were in the air this weekend, around Fess and 1st. I'm not in a position to know the source. Thanks.

Multiple, some really nasty, potholes, on E Third Street, starting at 220 (Slotegraaff-Niehoff Lawyers building) heading towards the intersection with E Atwater. There is even one under the street signs at the E Third and E Atwater curve.
Hello- Car blocking the bike lane on washington between 4th and 5th Sts 2/12/24 6:09pm IN plate TKF797 thanks!
I live at Park Doral Apartments, 2669 E 7th St. On Monday mornings, the dumpsters are very loudly emptied at 4:00 AM. I think this is a violation of the noice ordinance. Thanks for your help!
The street sign at the corner of Morton and 8th is twisted around so that the Morton part is paralell to 8th and the 8th side is paralell to Morton. So coming up or down Morton if you're looking for 8th Street, you see 6th,7th, Morton, 9th....kind of disorienting.
Parking in grass all around alley between e 11th and e cottage grove. 311, 310, 314 e 11th and 307, 311, 315 e cottage grove Ave.

Illegal business at 3954 Fenbrook Ln, Bloomington, IN, 47401. This is the second notice on uReport. Today, at 11:am, February 13, 2024, we counted 12 cars driving in and out from this house. As stated in the first complaint, we are experiencing up to 40 cars a day at peak times in our neighborhood due to this large illegal retail business. The average is 20 cars a day, that is 100 cars a week and nearly 400 cars a month on average. We have several families with children and a public school bus stop near this home. As you can see, the roads are narrow, and this is a dangerous situation in our neighborhood. Please enforce the law and close this business for good. In my opinion, this is damaging our property values.
Please consider adding a stop sign at the intersection of Highland and the street leading into/out of the YMCA property. Curving road, ascending and descending roads, blocked views, speeding cars, pedestrians and children. Need a safer way to cross and turn at this intersection. Thank you
