Hello,
The volleyball court at Lower Cascades is falling apart. The net is pulled down and full of holes. Also the grass is creeping on the sand which does not make it a well defined court. The sand is also full of twigs and rocks. In addition, the nearby streetlight does not turn on so we can not keep playing after dark. My friends and I meet here every week to play because the Bryan park court is always taken. For all its faults it is dear to us so please fix it up so we and others may enjoy it for much longer.
Thank you,
Arin S.

I regularly walk through the east side of the Southeast Park. At the southern edge of the park near Arden and Montclair, a fairly massive branch has cracked on a tree in the backyard of a private home and ended up balancing on its narrow tip on park property. As long as the larger, upper part of the branch stays securely fastened to the neighbor's tree, it seems not to be an emergency, were a young person to decide to climb it and stress the crack, they could put themselves in danger and the city might be found liable. It seems to me that the city should trim the heavy branch so it has no chance to hurt anyone.

We are having problems with scooters driving on the sidewalk, we would like this parking area removed, it takes valuable space for store sandwich signs (businesses are already struggling) and encourages sidewalk use of scooters. Thank you,
