I am glad there are no current plan to straighten or widen the central path in Bryan Park. If you think that the Bike Ped Commission has any interest in pedestrian safety except when in their mistaken opinion it coincides with cyclists, please think again.

Can HAND communicate with Tempo properties about mailing our letters to residents stating that leaving items next to the dumpster is not allowed. Non - residents without mufflers are pouring in late nights and weekends and circling the dumpster. Many residents leave unwanted items next to dumpster. This blocks the path to dumpster, invites vehicular traffic, and violates an Oaklawn park by- law. Items need to be put INSIDE dumpster or taken to county landfill. They could donate to Goodwill. I am tired of this problem

The drinking fountain needs attention.
Drain plugged on one side and water spraying out of fountain too hard to get a drink.

Case# 188472 Sorry,
The problem is at the Park Ridge Park, Longview Avenue and North Glenwood Avenue West.
Someone familiar with how the drinking fountain works could possibly fix it quickly. It appears the drain is clogged on the lower of the two fountains and the water pressure when you press the button to activate it, is too high!
So, if you could have someone take a look at it and make the needed adjustments, that would be great!
Thanks,
Warren

I would like to know what code or regulation at INDOT or USDOT allows barriers on the street that are high vis orange to be covered up and camouflaged? These would be the parking places in front of certain restaurants. What liability does the City haven’t allowing this to happen?

Thank you for the question- the areas that are being used for seating for the parklets are all contained within the existing parking spaces and not within what is considered the travelled way. With that in mind, the water-filled barricades are not being used as traffic control devices, but rather as a physical delineation between the seating and the road itself.
