Two dead trees at the end of my dead end street need to be cut. Are they the city's responsibility or mine? Sorry, I'm old, not able to include photo.

Tenants left bags of garbage over a week ago that are now strewn around the neighborhood.

Heading east on E Thornton Dr from S Maxwell St, the pavement is very rough, especially for those of us on bicycles.
Heading in either direction on N Smith Rd (at the end near E 10th St) the pavement is very rough in the bike lanes, to the point where we often ride our bicycles out in the road, rather than in the bike lane to avoid crashing.
The south end of S Maxwell St has very rough pavement, especially for those of us on bicycles.
The path between my street and BHSN is dark and overgrown, creating a hazard for the kids who use it. It is located between 3401 and 3361 N Valleyview Dr.
