Property is so overgrown with invasive, noxious plants along alley that a tree is now leaning and is in contact with electric service wires. Also, utility pole on SE corner of lot has vines growing up near the transformer and just a few feet away from high voltage distribution lines. Property owner has let the entire property degrade so that what was once a good example of 1890s architecture is now a hovel/shack that is an embarrassment for the entire neighborhood.
Invasive Japanese knotweed growing on west side of house and south side of property along alley.
Garbage can(s) sitting on the road/sidewalk in FULL VIEW of Grant Street Inn.
Bags of garbage and overflowing trash bins sitting by the street in full view of Grant Street Inn guests. With all the noise and trash, this property is a neighborhood embarrasment.
Trash bins sitting by the street.
Plants are overgrowing onto sidewalk (NE corner of property) block pedestrian and wheelchair traffic.
Tenants storing trash bins on sidewalk.
Excessive trash and yard waste in the front yard.
Bush at the corner of the property near the intersection needs to be trimmed back to make traffic more visible. The bush makes it hard to see oncoming traffic coming over the hill toward the intersection.
