Neighbors left trash on back porch since Friday, animals tearing into it, and now there appears to be a bottle of human waste(urine) there too. This is unacceptable.

Neighbors trash STILL strewn about his back porch with a big jug of what appears to be human waste(urine)!!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

Area near the hydrant replacement remains significantly depressed. Is a trip/fall hazard. I was waiting to see if grass would sprout and what that effect would be, but exceptionally minimal grass has grown despite significant moisture and coverage. 4021 E. Morningside Drive
