Lots of large potholes along road at 400 block. And a single large pot hole at the intersection of Graham and Bryan St.
There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. The above light is not working for the past two months. Since we live in the cul-de-sac vehicles are coming to turn around all the time.
Potholes in the culdesack as well as at the entrance from wilefarm road
Dumpster is persistently placed where the horizonal bar, about 5 feet high, sticks out into the public sidewalk right of way. I am worried that a child is going to run down the sidewalk and get a concussion.

The residents moved out a week ago and left a pile of furniture parts and trash in the yard and up against the house. Kept thinking they may return, but I have seen no one.
In front of the driveway there is a pothole that everyone hits when rounding the curve of the street. It is continually eroding the blacktop and also the concrete curb area.
Could the city place a garbage can near the chocolate moose or require them to have one? People buy ice cream and go to the benches a bit north of there. There is no trash can nearby so people just leave their sticky trash on the bench or the ground. The melting ice cream attracts bugs. Thanks.
