Please considering resurfacing South Palmer between Hillside and Grimes. The street is in horrible condition, and as a homeowner and tax payer, I would really appreciate a better-maintained street.

Hello. I am a Bloomington resident residing at 110 1/2 W 6th St. My apartment entrance is in an alleyway off of 6th between Walnut and College. While this alley has normal amounts of debris, there seem to be many unsafe wires dangling from the various poles and buildings. My main concern is with the alley behind my building. The entrance is off of Walnut between "Btown Diner" and "Samira" restaurants. There is an abundance of trash, grease, vomit, bugs, defecation, and cigarettes throughout the space that causes a repulsive smell and attracts many rodents. This is a very unsanitary environment that workers from the businesses(restaurants especially) on 6th Street take their breaks in. I am not sure the best course of action but I would suggest having the businesses clean their trash bins in addition to having the city power wash the grease and other various fluids off the pavement. Two tires popped on right side of car due to road construction near Da Vinci
On the second floor on the Morton Street parking garage there is a security camera hanging very low. I walked into it today and was badly injured by it. It is a very big hazard for anyone walking in the parking garage. This has caused me a significant amount of trauma and pain. I am certain others have experienced the same issue. Please get this fixed immediately. The negligence is unacceptable. My team of lawyers will be in contact.
Encampment with hostile people living in filth. Defecating and urinating. Just south of dog park. Do something. We spent millions on this park, it is being misused and abused. DO SOMETHING!!!
There is a campsite set up on W 3RD Street behind the convention center. in the photo you can see the tent with the convention center behind it. Across the street someone is camping in the doorway of the old Fox Motorcycles door way. There is trash strewn along the sidewalk. This makes it feel unsafe to walk on either side of Third Street between College and Madison. Because of the underpass the space feels constricted adding to the feeling of unease.
Hello. Wondering what can be done to address this damaged and dangerous block. It greatly limits the street parking available. The sidewalk is also deteriorating. Plus, it makes it hard for the street to have 2 way traffic.
