The traffic light for Catalent at Fairview & Patterson needs to be fixed! It is set up for Catalent, but on down times it backs up traffic on Patterson. The light on Patterson changes every four seconds! Fix it!

Traffic light is cycling continuously. And left turn signal at Patterson westbound on to Fairview cycles every time as well

This light changes every 15 seconds and is causing immense traffic issues. Fairview has very little traffic yet the light changes far to fast. Its quite ridiculous honestly. Patterson has a significantly larger volume if traffic and the light changing this much is causing traffic jams unnecessarily. Can someone please adjust this like normal lights?

Patterson and Fairview light timing messed up. Constantly switching to red after about 10 seconds even with no traffic waiting on sensors

The traffic light on Patterson goes red after 1-3 cars pass through. This happens over and over again even though there are no cars on Farview. I have waited upwards of 7+ light cycles to get through this light. This delays drivers and increases pollution. This has been an issue for months, please fix the issue.
