I am requesting a ditch or pipe be installed in the wooded easement south of my property that will move the water out to the storm drain that was recently installed last year on Waldron Street in front my house. On April 13th of this year, we received a lot of rain in just a couple hours and I noticed most of the water was coming from the wooded easement South of my house and running down into my yard, pooling up and overflowing down near my basement (where i've had flooding from the street runoff in years past). Invasive Japanese knotweed growing on west side of house and south side of property along alley.

There is a utility pole at the SW corner of this property (by the alley) that is completely covered in vines, most, perhaps all of which are poison ivy. The vines are right next to the alley and tenant parking lot and are so high up (25+ feet) that the vine is going to seed. Is this the responsibility of the adjacent property owner, or do the utility companies maintain their poles? If the latter, do we have to wait the 5-year cycle for them to come by and do the trimming, or will they come by if someone requests it? And if so, how do we contact the utility which bears the responsibility?

There is a City-owned tree in the ROW that is completely covered in vines, some of which are poison ivy. The vines are right next to the sidewalk, and are so high that the vine is going to seed. Is this the responsibility of the adjacent property owner, or does the City attend to its own trees?

Time to cut the lawn again. Weeds are tall and going to seed. They are storing their lawn mower conveniently on the porch. Why do we have to look at that, and why don't they use it?

The management company has not trimmed the thistle/weeds growing along the driveway and sidewalk and they have become unsightly and hazardous.

On the ridge overlooking the northernmost part of the B-Line - close to where the B-Line intersects with Adams St. there is a growing camp. The picture here was taken on 4/1/2024. There is trash flowing downhill from the camp on the ridge. Some of the trash includes at least 3 propane tanks. The camp is less than 0.25 miles from homes and a park. It is a bit scary to think that the campers might be using the propane inside their tents. What can be done to help these folks stay warm and dry without the risk of blowing up a neighborhood?
