I'd like to submit a request to have the bike path and sidewalk cleared of overhanging vegetation. This is particularly dangerous at the curve of Eastgate and 46 as walkers have to walk on the street where cars quickly turn onto Eastgate. See red line indicating area where vegetation encroaches upon the boundaries of the bike path and sidewalk.

Just wondering if there is actually an Erin Hatch that works for the city?? I noticed including my ureports that were assigned to her way over a month ago about city tree trimming has not been addressed. So I'm not sure if she doesn't work for the city and it's not being assigned to no one. Or someone isn't really doing their job. Thanks for your time.

East-West alley between Girls and Boys Club and the building to the north needs repaved. It is in really bad shape and dangerous.It was never repaired after work was done in it. Thank you.

This is the second complaint I have submitted. The other was about a month ago. There is very high weed growth along the ditch on Davis St. between Grant and Lincoln. This is city property. It is unsightly and needs mowing soon. Thank you.

Violation of the law at Bryan Park Pool

Today, 6/24/2022, I was at the Bryan Park Pool with my baby and a group of mom friends who also have babies. Another mom and I were approached by one of the male lifeguards (named Will) who told us to stop breastfeeding our babies in the children's wading pool area and to do so in the bathroom instead. We quickly responded that we have a legal right to breastfeed wherever we are located and he insisted by asking us to leave the area. This is illegal and violates the following law: Indiana Code 16-35-6-1, a link to which is included here and states the following: "Notwithstanding any other law, a woman may breastfeed her child anywhere the woman has the right to be." I had previously submitted ureport 180261 complaining about the state of E 14th St. It was closed out with a vague message that it'd be resurfaced "later this month". I realize it is still June and it may still get repaired, but the road has just continued to get worse and worse. The dust is ridiculous. I'm not sure if anyone at the city understands that days matter. Even if it is resurfaced next week, it is still several weeks past due. Has anyone at the city even driven down it??! I also happened to read that the same developer that turned 14th St into a gravel road is now the same developer who has messed up the intersection of 17th and Walnut. I can hardly believe that anyone would allow them to do more work on city roads when they clearly don't care at all about repairing other work they've done.
