Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Dangerous intersection at Euclid and Second street due to zero visibility caused by overgrown weeds. Turning either way is suicidal.

The stop light at this intersection is very, very lengthy when attempting to exit east or west from Walker Street on to Second Street. It’s not uncommon to have to wait as long as five minutes or more for the light to change. Even in the evening when the traffic is really low it takes an extended period of time.

In the early morning,when I'm driving to work, around 6:00 a.m., the northbound/southbound lights only stay green for about ten seconds, while the other side stays green for up to 50 seconds, or longer. The mall isn't even open yet. They are working on timers, not sensors.

College Mall Rd and Buick Cadillac Blvd traffic light isn't working properly. It cycles red on College Mall Rd when there are no cars waiting on Buick Cadillac Blvd or in the apartment complex parking lot. And it take 3-4 minutes to turn green when you're waiting at the red on Buick Cadillac Blvd.

My Landlord has failed to shovel the walkways on this property as well as the street in front causing a hazard for the Postal worker and anyone else. I am not sure if the picture above comes through. Please advise.
