On the north easy side of the Bryan Park tennis courts, along the north fence perimeter, there is a big hole in the fencing. The tennis balls can go out of the fence and into traffic. The fencing is also sticking out where people can get caught up or tripped or possibly cut by it. It is a dangerous situation.
A gust of wind ripped away a tree limb on the red maple in front of my house and was blocking the sidewalk. I contacted the urban forester and left a message describing this situation, but didn't get a response. Eventually my housemates and I brought the limb down ourselves, but it still needs to be removed from the side of the road. Most of the debris has already been cleared except for the limb. We have enough firewood. Please remove the limb from the side of the road, thanks.
Stopped in the bathrooms during a past visit/meeting and the Covid signage states that there is no vaccine? Should really be updated before misinformation is spread.
Along 46 Bypass in the eastbound lane before you reach the intersection of 46 and 17th Street, there is a pothole in the asphalt walkway that runs along 46 Bypass. This may belong to the State Highway. Thanks Jill.
The sidewalk bordering the north end of the goat farm, from the High St traffic circle west to the stairs, is not navigable due to vegetation overgrowth. Can this be trimmed back to make the sidewalk more accessible for walkers?
The situation I reported a couple of weeks ago has worsened. The big, commercial trash bins are stored on the University St. sidewalk, often open and with trash in them. This is a trash obstacle course to use the University-side sidewalk of this property.

I would like to lodge a complaint about the process for renewing a visitor parking permit. We have lived at the same house since 2005 and have applied for a permit every year. Nothing, apart from our age, has changed. Why does the process have to be so onerous and annoying when every detail has remained the same? All we need to do is pay! Hello city There is a broken glass and a lot of loose stone that is in the Bike lane at the intersection of College Mall and Hillside. This makes it harder to stay safe for bike commuting. It would be nice if it could be cleaned up really would make it much safer. Thank you
Dear city of Bloomington, While I'm grateful your team has looked into this, the issue is far from being resolved. The repair work did not make any improvement in the noise. The remedy that was done the first time worked for awhile. The grate needs to be opened and cleaned out so that it seats properly. A rubber ring or some kind of padding needs to be placed on the contact points to reduce the vibration. The loud noise is going on 24/7.
