What about the other cars parked the same way? There’s no entailed rule within the property’s say so. My permit doesn’t exceed me out of any bounds to doing something incorrectly, I’ve been parking that way since the beginning of the year, why is it just now an issue? It’s because cops don’t go to that area unless they have to, it’s not a normal street you take unless you’re going into the Park on Morton property, proving my point of being within the property’s say so and my ticket being invalid. I contacted the city forester twice and left a voicemail but I didn’t receive any response. This tree is in the city’s right of way and is declining. I was hoping to get advice to save it before it becomes a safety hazard. There are many young children in our neighborhood.
