I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. The over growth along Prospect Street west of Madison Avenue is totally out of control. This is the city's property as the owner's property line is within about a foot of the house. Grass and weeds have overgrown the street, brush and trees are hanging over the street. Although parking is allowed along the north side of the street, it is not practical with all the over growth. Please, remedy this problem to maintain the beauty of our neighborhood and city. Also, I have made calls for three years running and reported this problem previously on ureport. Nothing has been done to remedy the problem.
