Seminary park littered with trash and abandoned personal possessions. Also several stolen shopping carts filled with just abandoned. Have seen city workers bypass picking up these items and/or throwing them away or taking care of the problems.

I have seen this vehicle parked illegally in the entrance to the First Financial parking garage pretty much every single day (both mornings and evenings) for months now. In addition to being parked right in the entrance, they are always blocking the "Fire Alarm Panel" access which is of concern in the event of a fire. I do notice that the vehicle sometimes points east and sometimes west so it does seem to move but it is always right there in front of the fire alarm panel access.

garbage and trash ALL the time outside this house. we are so SICK of it.owners on elevate are listed as Neal, John A & Cassie Luann. names on mailbox are different. this house is hazardous. please make them clean it up. it's been going on for SO LONG

Water coming into house is dark reddish brown. began at 9am 11/9/2022. Spoke with utilities and they did not have any known issues reported. Please inform if this is known or something that needs further attention. (859)333-4090
