Trash at this address is utterly ridiculous and unsanitary. 5 months or more worth of trash piled up on thd mobile home and shed surrounding two mature pine trees the landlord refuses to tale away as promised in the lease agreement. There's rodents because of it our dog was bitten in the neck by a rodent that the trash attracted. There's mold black mold in walls under carpets it's black mold in walls and his other trailers as well the landlord attempted to bribe me
licensed contractor into painting over black mold, I refused. He's also allowing septic tank over flow into a pond out back. The septic is also being released under the house a leak somewhere. It's unsafe

A large tree branch broke with yesterday's wind and his hanging from a tree which is partially blocking the road in front of my home on 3657 E Tamarron Drive. It needs to be cut down and removed to prevent a mishap. I believe this tree was scheduled for removal some time ago.

The City is a real nuisance. There is some really loud, non-stop grinding noises coming from this property that City Utility vehicles are in and out of all the time. What is going on? You are making it impossible to do anything at all of the neighboring houses and properties with this constant noise. Please stop.
