My trash bin was damaged on Jan.24,2023 after collected the trash by City Government. Will you provide me a new one or help me to fix it?
There is a pothole on College Ave just over the bridge where it joins Walnut.
City employee W2s need to stop being sent in the mail with only a tiny (1/4” at most) sliver of tape sealing the envelope. This contains critical information including SSNs, wages, etc. that are sensitive info. They always show up delivered torn, not sealed, or completely open because the envelopes are not sealed at all. Please address this going forward with a simple glue stick or finger wet pad.
Cont. Attention to more aggressive crossing lights. I reported this intersection, with its crosswalks and pedestrican cross lights, as being inadequate, given the frequency that drivers do not even sense that they should look way across six lanes of traffic to decide if they should wait for me or run over me. I mistakenly wrote the whole note referring to “crosswalks”; what I meant to write (couldn’t find an edit function after I sent it) pedestrian cross LIGHTS within the drivers’ line of vision. Would you attach this to the other unreported? Much thanks. Sorry for my error.
This truck has been partially blocking my driveway for over a week and hasn't been moved.
This storm drain is full of debris. I have attempted to clean it out, but to no avail. The curb and pavement surrounding it are also deteriorating and probably contributing to the issue. This street sees a lot of stormwater and this drain backs up quite a bit during heavy rain... This photo was taken 1/30 with only very light precipitation. The adjacent storm ditch pipe may also be clogged? I hope this can be repaired soon (prior to spring). It has been in this condition for at least 4 years and multiple neighbors have voiced concerns in the past.
At the intersection of 4th & Grant, Contractors during the Hidden River Project failed to paint a yellow curb on the north side of the street. I see cars parking here (and today) and it’s not a meter parking spot. Can the city come and paint this in hope it will deter people from parking here. Too close to the intersection.
Please see both #182475 and #182390. The light was replaced a block west (Cottage Grove / Washington intersection), but the purple light is still there at Lincoln / Cottage Grove. Was Duke made aware of this light, also?
