I live at 3913 E Breckenmore Dr. for the past four years. The city has done a great job of trying to patch potholes on Breckenmore (thank you!), but the problem is getting worse and more widespread. I would like to put in a request for re-pavement of the entire street. I was only able to attach one photo, but I have SEVERAL others documenting the problem areas. The entire street is crumbling. I am hopeful this form is the correct place to submit this concern: On or before 2/21/2020 I noticed that my front-yard sewer plate thing is all ripped up and askew like I've never seen it before and it just don't seem right. There are 3 utility boxes located on the corner of Rosewood and Kinser. The doors have been open for several months even though they have a lock. There is a lot exposed, Please have these doors locked. They have some large batteries inside.
