I filed a Ureport months ago, and the problem was partially fixed. The high-intensity white flashing lights on top of the building are no longer on when I sleep. The jumbo screen is still on though throughout the night. I have gone to the VERVE twelve times about this jumbo screen flashing into my room when I try to sleep. They always tell me the settings have it where it is suppose to turn off at 9:30 PM, when the rooftop closes. I remind them that the settings aren't doing as they say, and they tell me they will fix it. Management says they use an app to adjust the hours of the jumbo screen, so I cannot comprehend why they still cannot fix the time setting considering how user friendly and simple the app is. I have lived at State Bloomington (next to the VERVE) for two years. The VERVE was done being built in August, and since then I have lost tremendous amounts of sleep over their rooftop lights. If a Bloomington official could please end this problem permanently I would be incredibly grateful. I cannot keep losing sleep over this because it is messing my mental health up and making me tired every day.

The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? The trash can is placed so that a van that is parked in this spot can't use their ramp. Please move the trash can about 10 feet west and it will be fine. Thanks.

Abandoned car (with expired plates) left in Rail Trail parking lot off of Church Lane. Car taking up parking space that trail users would otherwise have access to. Vehicle is a VW sedan, metallic in color & backed into parking spot so plate can’t be seen. Thank you.

Not enough pickle ball courts. I went on Sunday and 15 people were waiting continually for two hours. It causes an issue because people are sitting on the courts. Also, it can be frustrating for them to have to wait so long to play it would be nice if the city would create more Pickleball courts. This is a very popular sport and has been for many years. I’ve tried to play a Park Ridge in East. This is not a solution. It took 20 minutes to put up the net. I had to find a way to get the combination to the lock. It took another 15 minutes to take it down and put it all away. The lines are confusing, so my group has decided not to play there.

Hello, I submitted #183212 and received an email saying there was not address. Part of completing the form asks for an address so I don't know what happened. The address is 553 N Plymouth Road, Parkridge East, Bloomington, IN The access from the street to my driveway is breaking down and needs repair. Again, the address is 553 N Plymouth Road.
