Illegal parking happens all the time. Orange curb needs to be repainted. I see people park here all the time and it makes it dangerous when people turn right onto E. University St. from Henderson.

The sidewalk and retaining wall along the 9th street area are broken, crumbling, and falling apart. The city fixed the one across the street on 9th and Indiana, but not the one on the northern side of 9th and indiana. There is a trip hazard on this sidewalk. Is there also a way to put in a crosswalk on Indiana? People fly through this area and its not a speedway.

This rental has allowed trash bags to be open and strewn on the property for two weeks--it is now smelling and unsanitary. I don't know why they haven't cleaned it up.

The trash and recycling bins were on the sidewalk in front of the house this evening (Thursday). Since the bins were full and their trash day is Monday, I suspect the bins were placed out 4 days early.
