The trash vehicles come extremely early, sometimes even before 6am. The dumpster dumping is obnoxiously loud and sounds like its purposely done in an inefficient manner. It comes more than 2 days a week and ruins our sleep. Please come up with a way to have it come later, no one in 10th and college can sleep.
Owner/occupants are not mowing the grass.
Bamboo overgroth invading my property and alley
Excessive Bamboo overgrowth in ally behind her house and it’s creeping into my yard and over on top of my roof of house.

I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. Vehicle has been here for days and is parked in a spot that obstructs view for southbound traffic on Fairview.
Owner has still not removed the BAMBOO that’s growing into alley and into my yard.
Request to repaint yellow curb
